The Vagus Nerve is the longest cranial nerve in the body.

Many stress induced disorders of the body come from an over-stimulated Vagus Nerve since the Vagus Nerve plays a key role within the nervous system itself.


Fact #4

The Vagus Nerve is referred to Cranial Nerve #10 (Roman Numeral, X). Remember, there are twelve (12) pairs of cranial nerves.
