Week #21 - The Art of Clarity

Sep 25, 2026
Social Media:

Greetings,

Welcome to the 21st week of the Wellness & Lifestyle Guide.  Today, our message is on the book called The Art of Clarity.  Below is an exert from the book.

The Clarity Formula

Clear Thinking Creates Better Decisions

Clarity is not about having every answer.  It is the ability to separate what matters from what doesn't, recognize what is distracting you, and decide where your attention belongs.  When everything feels important, nothing gets your best thinking.

Question #1:

What do I truly want? ---> Direction

Question #2:

What matters most right now? ---> Priority

Question #3:

What is stealing my attention? ---> Awareness

Question #4:

What can I eliminate or ignore? ---> Focus

Question #5:

What deserves my attention next? ---> Action

"Clarity is developed through awareness, reflection, and deliberate choices.  When you remove unnecessary noise, protect your attention, and focus on what truly matters, your actions become more purposeful.  You don't need to do everything.  You need to know what deserves your best."

Until next time,
